About this template
Cadence is a sales CRM built on one rule: every card says what happens next, and when. A deal with no next step says so in plain words instead of looking finished, one that is due today turns amber, and one that is overdue turns red. The Today page is the same rule as a queue — overdue first, then due today, then the week. The pipeline is yours to shape. Stages, their order, their probability and their colour are edited in the administration, and a workspace can run more than one pipeline — new business and renewals are seeded as two, because a renewal does not go through qualification. Reports read the pipeline you configured: funnel by stage, win rate, average cycle, weighted value, value by source and the deals that have gone quiet. The coach is not a chat window. Eight playbooks ship configured — discovery questions, lead scoring, objection handling, proposals, follow-up, negotiation, call review and pipeline review — and each one composes its instruction from five layers: the sales method the workspace has adopted, a qualification frame, the guardrails, the playbook's own brief, and the live record of the deal it is attached to. The whole composed instruction is shown before it is sent, character count and all, and every layer is editable in the administration. Proposals carry line items, a discount and a tax rate, and the total is the arithmetic of those, never a typed number.

What already works
Every card states its next step
Amber when it is due today, red when it is overdue, and "No next step" in plain words when there is none. A deal cannot look finished by being ignored.
A pipeline you configure
Stages, order, probability and colour are edited in the app, and a workspace can run several pipelines at once — renewals do not belong in a qualification stage.
A coach with the record in hand
Eight playbooks, each composing its instruction from the sales method, a qualification frame, the guardrails, its own brief and the live deal it is attached to.
The instruction is shown, not hidden
The composed system prompt is displayed in full before the run, with its character count, and every layer of it is editable in the administration.
Proposals that add up
Line items with quantity and unit price, a discount in percent or amount, and a tax rate. The total is the arithmetic — there is no field to type a number into.
Reports off your own pipeline
Funnel by stage, win rate, average cycle, weighted value, value by source, deals by temperature, and the ones that have gone quiet for fourteen days.
Cadence
A sales CRM whose coach reads the deal and tells you the next move.
