Your first video in Motion
Motion turns a sentence about what you want to promote into a short video or a carousel with your brand on it. This guide walks the whole path, from the brand to the downloaded file.
What Motion does
You say what you want to promote and the AI builds the piece: it writes the scenes, picks the pace, generates the background images and a soundtrack made for that video. Product names and prices come from your records, not from the AI typing them, so they come out right.
There are two kinds of piece:
- Video, from 3 to 120 seconds, for Reels, Status, TikTok, the feed or YouTube;
- Carousel, from 2 to 10 slides, downloaded as images.
Where it is
In two places, which show the same pieces:
- Motion, in the panel's side menu: every brand and piece in the account, with or without an app;
- the Motion tab in an app's editor: pieces made with that app's brand and data. The brand follows the app's theme and is created on its own the first time you open the tab.
Motion is part of the paid plans, from Starter up. On Free you see a presentation screen instead. The details are in Credits and plans in Motion.
Step 1: the brand
On your first visit, Motion asks for your website's address. Read the site brings in the name, logo, colors and fonts in about 20 seconds, and you review everything before creating it. Without a site, use Build the brand by hand.
You can also start with no brand at all, under Or create a piece without a brand. In that case Motion picks colors and fonts from your request. Everything about brands is in The brand in Motion.
Step 2: the request
Click Create piece. In the Request field, one or two sentences are enough: what to promote, until when it is valid and what people should do.

On the same screen you choose:
- the Type: Video or Carousel;
- the Format: 9:16 (Reels, Status and TikTok), 4:5 (vertical feed), 1:1 (feed) or 16:9 (YouTube and TV);
- the Length, with shortcuts for 15, 30 and 60 seconds or any value from 3 to 120;
- What to show in the piece, if you want to feature products or services with their price (up to 10, optional);
- the Soundtrack, which starts switched on at With music.

Step 3: generate
The Generate piece button shows the price in credits before you click. When it says "up to", the total includes the soundtrack and the images the piece generates on its own, which only count if they are actually made. If the build fails, the credits go back to your account.
The build takes about a minute on the recommended model. The screen shows each stage: reading the request, direction, writing the scenes and an automatic check of prices, texts and timing. You do not have to sit and watch: with Continue in the background the piece keeps being built and shows up ready in the library.
Step 4: adjust
The finished piece opens in the editor. Changing texts, scene lengths and colors is free. Asking for a change in the chat, like "faster opening", uses credits and becomes a new version. See Editing a piece.
Step 5: export
The Export button makes the final file: an MP4 for a video and one PNG image per slide for a carousel. Download links last 1 hour, and getting new links costs nothing. See Exporting and downloading.
